We share only necessary data with third parties such as Stripe (secure payment processing) and Australia Post (delivery). These providers operate under strict data protection standards.

Refund & Returns Policy (Book Sales)

This policy applies to purchases of our printed book, *Cold Logic*. It does not apply to consulting, training, or other services, which are governed by separate terms of engagement.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for reasonable loss or damage. You may also have the book repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

Refunds or replacements are available if the book is damaged, misprinted, defective, not as described, or if the wrong item was supplied.

To request a refund or replacement, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and including a brief description and photo of the issue if possible.

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Terms of Sale (Book Purchases)

These Terms apply to the sale of products via our website, including *Cold Logic*. Our professional services are not sold online and are subject to separate written agreements with clients.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Postage and handling are charged at a flat rate of $15 (GST inclusive). Pricing updates apply only to future orders.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. A GST-compliant tax invoice/receipt is emailed after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. If delays occur, customers will be notified by email. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid. We may update these Terms periodically, with changes applying to future transactions.

Shipping Information (Book Sales)

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days of payment from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, via Australia Post or an equivalent courier service. Typical delivery times: 3–5 business days within QLD/NSW; 5–10 business days for other Australian states and territories.

Postage and handling are charged at a flat rate of $15 (GST inclusive). Tracking details are provided where available. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact [email protected] so we can investigate. If items are lost or damaged, we will liaise with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.

At present, *Cold Logic* is distributed within Australia. International orders may be considered upon request via email.
