1. Online overview session and explanation of how to use the benchmarking tool

Cold chain consultant Adam Wade will walk you through why the cold chain benchmarking tool is a critical first step in improving compliance, as well as influencing quality, service and cost. You’ll receive personalised access to the online tool at the conclusion of the meeting along with tips and instructions on how to confidently use the tool.

2. Self-directed benchmarking session

Use the tool to undertake a comprehensive analysis of your current cold chain standards, processes and procedures, and determine where improvement would be beneficial. The cold chain benchmarking tool will help you identify, prioritise and action any areas where your business could boost compliance.

The benchmarking tool will give participants a comprehensive understanding of cold chain best practice by:

  • identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in their cold chain
  • providing an understanding of the complexities involved in reaching and maintaining cold chain compliance
  • identifying and recommending resources for strengthening performance
  • measuring the preparedness and sentiment of the business to manage compliant cold chain processes and procedures
  • providing a documented benchmark for later compliance comparisons so that you can accurately measure business improvements.

3. Report review and improvement strategy recommendations

After completing the benchmarking tool, participants receive a 90-minute consultation (online or face-to-face) to ensure that the assessment results are clearly understood and potential training or improvement strategies can be identified and planned. The consultation will provide a clear path for improvement and advice on the steps to be taken to achieve compliance.

4. Follow-up consultation

An additional check-in call with Adam Wade at the 3-month mark will help you maintain momentum with your compliance project, and work through any roadblocks or issues.
